Zackary Brown
Residence Coordinator
I do this work because I love mentoring students and equipping them with the skills they need to flourish in higher education. As a freshman at my first institution, Rowan University, I discovered a deep appreciation for student affairs and the transformative power of the college experience. Witnessing how the right support and guidance could shape a student's trajectory drew me toward a career dedicated to that very purpose. I am driven by the belief that higher education, when done well, has the power to change lives, and I want to be a part of that change for every student I work with.
Living on campus taught me the value of intentionally building community and fostering the kinds of support systems and connections that help students feel a true sense of belonging. -Zackary
