Leadership & Human Resource Development is about helping people and organizations grow. Business-school HR programs focus mostly on managing HR functions like hiring rules, pay, and benefits. LHRD focuses on the people side: training, leadership, career development, and helping teams work better together. It's a people-centered degree that works in almost any industry.
