* Billing for the Fall/Spring/Summer semesters will begin
on the first day of class according to the LSU Academic Calendar
* All LSU departments must have an active internal account number to charge user fees
* Users that request cleanroom use 14 days past the semester billing date will be billed at the monthly rate for each month's use
* All external users will invoiced by e-mail

The facility is open during official LSU work days 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. After - hours (4:30 p.m. to 7am) weekdays and weekends require approval. Contact Shaloma Malveaux for details.
All Industrial and data analysis requests as well as questions regarding machine capabilities must be directed to the NFF Assistant Director
