IT Centralization is a phased effort to streamline and unify IT support across campus. The goal is to improve service, reduce duplications, and better support the university’s long-term goals.

What will support look like?
Local Support Team
- Dedicated Team to provide your day-to-day support
- Ensures continued local IT presence for support
Regional Management and Coordination
- This is where the queue is managed and support can be coordinated
- Coordinates “Surge Support” for the region for special events or needs while ensuring local support is maintained
