Rodney Lee Rogers is co-founder and Resident Director of PURE Theatre, where his directing credits include The Chinese Lady, Eureka Day, Gaslight, The Beauty Queen of Leenane, Clybourne Park, Good People, and Jesus Hopped the “A” Train, among many others. His plays have been produced in New York, Seattle, Charlotte, Charleston, and Plovdiv, Bulgaria. His feature film Steaming Milk won runner-up Best Director and Best Actor at the 1997 Seattle International Film Festival. On television he has appeared on Ozark, One Tree Hill, Army Wives, and Reckless. He is a winner of the 2010 SC Arts Commission Playwriting Fellowship and a two-time National/LAFF Screenwriting scholar.

Allie Sullivan (Chris/Inspector Carter) is a senior at LSU majoring in Theatre with a concentration in performance. Previous credits include Amahl and the night visitors at Opera Louisiane as wardrobe supervisor, costume designer for Hand to God for the LSU lab season, and key hair and makeup designer for the LSU Geaux Film $5 Margaritas. Allie would like to thank the cast and crew for their work and continued support!

Hailing from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Ricardo Mendoza (Jonathan/ Charles Haversham) has never had anything go wrong in his four years here at LSU… so, this was definitely a new thing for him. He’d like to dedicate his final performance here at LSU to his nephew, Keke, who’s really been loving all the videos of him falling on his face.

Nicholas Banieh (Robert/Thomas Colleymore) is a Senior, majoring in psychology. This is his first
acting role. He cannot express how happy he is that he was given this opportunity!

Hunter Sparacino (Dennis/ Perkins) is a junior, majoring in theatre with a concentration in performance. Hunter was previously seen in LSU Theatre’s production of The Courtship of Winifred Edwards, and Hand to God in LSU’s Lab Season. Coming up, He will be directing Marjorie Prime as a part of the LSU Lab Season. Hunter is beyond ecstatic to be working on The Play That Goes Wrong, and very grateful to everyone who has been part of the amazing process!
The Tailors

Ashari Harper (Sandra) is a third year Theatre-Performance and Communication Studies double major making her Main Stage debut in The Play That Goes Wrong. She’s been involved with LSU Musical Theatre Club where she is previously credited in Disney100 Cabaret (Dr. Facilier/Ensemble) and Little Shop of Horrors (Audrey 2). Harper has also been a part of LSU’s Lab show The R and J Project (Chyna/Juliet) and was previously credited in The Hunchback of Notre Dame (Esmeralda) with the Sullivan Theater.

Eric Rhode (Max) is a senior Theatre (performance) major. Credits include: LSU Theatre Mainstage’s Marburg, understudied in At The Wedding; LSU’s Lab Season’s The Goat or, Who is Sylvia?, I’m Gonna Marry You Tobey Maguire; LSU Geaux Film’s The Grey Area; LSU MTC’s The Guy Who Didn’t Like Musicals; Improv LSU’s GOD GUN! He is the current Vice President of Improv LSU. This is his final production as an undergrad! Thank you all! <3

Jillian Boyles (Annie) is a Junior Theatre (performance) major and an Entrepreneurship minor. This is her third main stage production. Her previous credits include Roleplay (Spring ‘25), The Courtship of Winifred Edwards (Fall ‘25), and LSU’s Lab Show Let Me Be: Grandma, Maama, and Me (Spring ’24).

Elliot Breidenbach (Stagehand) is a junior majoring in English with a Concentration in Creative Writing. This is his first stage production at LSU. In film, he has acted in the Geaux Film $5 Margaritas, as well as Huh? and Unwritten. He is so thankful and excited to be a part of this show, and he hopes you all enjoy it!"

Kyra Cavalier (Stagehand) is a sophomore Theatre performance major. This is her first MainStage production.

Reynold Hunter (Treavor) is an English Literature major and Physical Theatre minor. This is his
second Main Stage show at LSU, having previously played Jim in ROLEPLAY. Since coming
to LSU, he has mostly dealt with the production side of shows, such as stage managing
LSU’s Lab Show Rosita y Conchita and, most recently, MTC’s Mean Girls. He is proud
to represent all the talented people behind the scenes who have made this incredible
show possible!

Grace Ohlmeyer (Stage Hand) is making her LSU MainStage debut as “StageHand”. As a freshman in theatre performance, she loves expressing herself through not just performing, but visual arts as well. She loves to put art into all she does in life. Her most recent production was Freaky Friday the Musical (Ellie Blake) at St Mary’s Dominican Highschool. Grace is grateful for the copious amount of love and support from her fellow castmates, crew, and family!

Ramon Ramos (Stagehand) is a Freshman, double-majoring in Political Science and Theatre. This is his first show with LSU and his return to the stage after a year away from performing. He is also a member of LSU Improv. Outside of theatre, he is an avid martial artist, training in wrestling, kickboxing, boxing, jiujitsu, and other forms of martial arts.
Lio Smith
Lio Smith (Stage Manager) is a Sophomore, majoring in Theatre Technology & Design. Previous stage management credits include LSU Theatre Mainstage’s production of ROLEPLAY in the Spring 2025 season and LSU Swine Theatre's production of Miss Bennet: Christmas at Pemberley last semester. She is delighted to be a part of this project and sends her gratitude to every person involved! Thank you to her friends and family for their support. Much love!
Rowan Jalso
Rowan Jalso (Assistant Director) is a Doctoral Candidate at Louisiana State University. She is the LSU Head of House Management and a part-time Director. She has directed two Lab Shows here; No Exit in 2024 and World Builders in 2025. She is very excited to be able to work on a Mainstage production, especially The Play That Goes Wrong, her absolute favorite play of all time (she’s even written an article on this amazing comedy)! Rowan hopes everyone enjoys watching this rarely done show; it’s not every day a show goes this… wrong.
John Michael Eddy
John Eddy (Props Manager Support) is the Props Designer/Mentor for the LSU School of Theatre; he completed his undergraduate work at the University of Arizona and holds an MFA in Theater Production and Design from Temple University in Philadelphia. In addition to his prop work and scenic designs, he serves on the Board of Directors for Playmakers of Baton Rouge; Playmakers is a children’s educational theatre group who is proud to call the LSU Reilly Theater their home. www.johhmeddy.com
Kyla Kazuschyk
Kyla Kazuschyk - (Costume Designer Support) Associate Professor of Costume Technology at Louisiana State University (LSU), Kyla holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Fine Arts degree in Costume Technology from Ohio University. She has created costumes for the Santa Fe Opera, Washington National Opera, Florida Grand Opera, Colorado Shakespeare Festival, and Texas Shakespeare Festival. She currently teaches and manages the costume shop at LSU. Professional costume design credits include Operating Systems, Airline Highway, and The Mountaintop, at Louisiana’s Swine Palace Theatre; Kimberly Akimbo, Tender Atlas, and Witch at McNeese State University, and the world premiere of The Christmas Spider at Opera Louisiane. Kyla enjoys creating costumes for competitive dance troupes and uniforms for the dance teams of professional basketball teams the Orlando Magic and the Detroit Pistons. Passionate about the possibilities of devised theatre, she designed and created costumes for Savage/Love, a work of physical theatre performed at the Edinburgh International Fringe Festival, and Love and Information, a semi-devised piece performed at LSU. Her research on the rewarding chaos of devising was first published in the 2017 Theatre Symposium and is now available through Routledge Press in her book, Creating Costumes for Devised Theatre.

Megara Holmes (Costume Design) is an MFA student in Costume Technology & Design here at LSU. She is incredibly excited for you to see the first show she’s gotten to put on stage! Megara has previously worked as the assistant costume shop manager at LSU, and as cutter/draper and wardrobe supervisor for LSU’s 2025 The Courtship of Winifred Edwards. She received her BA in theatre from the University of Arkansas Little Rock. The Play That Goes Wrong has been an interesting challenge and she thinks you will thoroughly enjoy the show!
James L. Murphy
James L. Murphy (Production Manager/Technical Director) is an Associate Professor and Head of the M.F.A. Technology and Design programs as well as Production Manager and Technical Director for Swine Palace and the LSU School of Theatre. He teaches primarily in scenery engineering and construction as well as stage management. Design credits include Lighting Design for Swine Palace’s world premiere of Leigh Fondakowski’s Spill; Production Manager and Lighting Designer for the LSU Theatre production of Origin, performed at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2014; Set Designer for Swine Palace’s world premiere of Ping Chong’s and Vince Licata’s Cocktail, honored by inclusion at the 2011 Prague Quadrennial of Performance Design and Space; Set and Lighting Designer for the LSU Theatre production of Antigone presented at the 2010 Young Theatre Festival in Seoul, South Korea; and Lighting Designer for Swine Palace’s, The Heidi Chronicles, which toured to Shanghai and Beijing, China in 2007.

Sofia Silva (Assistant Stage Manager) is a Junior Theater (Performance) major at Louisiana State University. Over the summer, she stage-managed FIMUS (Festival Internacional de Música de Campina Grande) in Campina Grande, Brazil. She was the ASM for LSU Swine Palace's Red Velvet and The Totality of All Things. Stage Managed LSU Main Stage The Courtship of Winifred Edwards. She performed in the LSU Lab Show I'm Gonna Marry You Tobey Maguire and the Dance and Physical Theatre Showcase 2024. She also assisted in props and design for the play People Places and Things, Ms. Holmes & Ms. Watson – Apt. 2B.
Rocky Sansom
Rockford Sansom (Voice Coach Support) is an Associate Professor of Voice & Speech and the Swine Palace voice coach. As a coach, he has worked with actors Off-Broadway, Off West End, and in regional theatre, Fortune 500 executives, UN delegates, and members of congress. As an actor, he performed Off-Broadway, regionally, and in international and national Broadway tours. His textbook Voice Work is used worldwide. AEA. SAG-AFTRA. VASTA Lifetime Distinguished Member.

Jazmyn Presley (Assistant Stage Manager) is a freshman majoring in Theatre Design and Tech. She was assistant stage manager for Swine Palace’s Miss Bennet: Christmas at the Pemberley. This is her second LSU production. She is very proud of the work done on this play and the people she has done it with.
Apollo Mark Weaver
Apollo Mark Weaver (Paints) has more than two decades of scenic design experience, working nationally for companies including Geva Theatre Center, Arizona Theatre Company, Merrimack Repertory Theatre, and Utah Shakespeare Festival. He has also designed sets for many local companies in Philadelphia, Chicago, and upstate New York, including InterAct, Azuka Theatre, the Mercury Theatre, Redhouse Arts Center, and Inis Nua Theatre Company. He has worked as a scenic artist, muralist, and theatre educator and holds an MFA from Temple University. At LSU, he serves as Assistant Professor of Scenic Design and has recently designed productions of Roe; People, Places, and Things; and Red Velvet for Swine Palace and Marburg for LSU Mainstage. Michael C. Hyatt (Voice/Dialect Coach) is a first-year MFA Acting major. Previous credits include Miss Bennet: Christmas at Pemberley with Swine Palace, The Drunk Shakespeare Society with Brass Jar Productions, Ideal House at Prop Theatre, and Terra Nova with The Three Crows Theatre Company. His film credits include Chicago Fire (NBC), American Parent directed by Elizabeth Railsbeck, and Saturday Night Inside Out directed by Connor McBride.
Ethan Rogers (Set Designer) is a Senior Theatre Tech & Design student. He has designed and created sets for 4 LSU Lab Series productions throughout his undergrad career as well as assisting as a painter, carpenter, or props artisan on most LSU and Swine Palace productions. He also works in professional theatre every summer in scenic departments. He is incredibly grateful to everyone involved with The Play that Goes Wrong for making it possible!

Heather Isaacks (Sound Design) is a senior graduating this May with a degree for Theatre Tech and Design. They are the Sound Designer for The Play that Goes Wrong and has been in the world of sound for a number of productions. Some being Sound Designer for Neighborhood 3: Requisition of Doom, Hand to God, Falsettos, and Something Rotten. Heather has also been a part of the sound team for People, Places, and Things and Roleplay. They have extended to film as well as the Sound Mixer for two recent Geaux Films, When a Doveweed Blooms and $5 Margaritas.

Nick Erickson (Associate Professor; Stage Movement, Head of M.F.A. Acting, Head of Physical Theatre)
Nick has been a performing artist for over 30 years. He performed at such places as Swine Palace, the Intiman and Empty Space Theatres in Seattle, the Colorado Shakespeare Festival and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. In film, he has acted in G.I.Joe2, College, A Perfect Day, and in The Staircase Murders, K-Ville.. He starred in the film, Mahjong, directed by Edward Yang. Nick was a founding member of Diavolo and for seven years performed in three national tours and abroad. Since 2008, Nick has directed/produced eight original productions to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Jack Fellows (Asst. Fight Choreographer, Intimacy Coordinator) Is a first year MFA candidate. He has been a member of the Actor's Equity Association for over ten years. He has performed in equity theatres all across the country including St Louis Repertory Theatre, Baltimore Centerstage and Barrington Stage Company. In NYC he helped develop new work with Academy Award nominated playwright Michael Weller and the Manhattan Theatre Club (Broadway) among many, many others and worked as an actor, producer and playwright in off (and off-Off (and off-off-off)) Broadway plays.

Brady Ernst (Props Manager) is a Junior majoring in Theatre Design and Technology student. Recently he worked on the LSU Lab Series production of Hand to God (Scenic, Props, and Puppet Designer), the LSU Mainstage production of The Courtship of Winifred Edwards (Props Assistant), and Playmakers of Baton Rouge’s Rudolph the Rednosed Reindeer (Props Manager and Assistant . Working on this show has been an exciting challenge, and he is very grateful for this opportunity.
